Celková analýza pracovního prostředí ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pracovního prostředí a identifikací úzkých míst ve výrobě. Úvod práce se zaměřuje na teoretické představení štíhlé výroby, layoutu, časových norem a snímku pracovního dne. V analýze aktuálního stavu jsou uvedeny informace týkající se jednotlivých oblastí. Pro majitele a zaměstnance byly provedeny snímky pracovního dne. Na základě provedených analýz byla identifikována úzká místa ve firmě a navržena opatření pro jejich zajištění bezpečnosti ve strojovně, evidenci zakázek, vytíženosti pracovní doby majitele a systému skladování briket.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the working environment and identification of bottlenecks in production. The introduction of the thesis focuses on the theoretical introduction of lean manufacturing, layout, time standards and a snapshot of the working day. In the analysis of the current state, information regarding each area is presented. A snapshot of the working day has been taken for the owners and employees. Based on the analysis, bottlenecks in the company were identified and measures were proposed to ensure their safety in the machine room, order records, owner's workload and briquette storage system.
