Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the satisfaction measurement of readers of student’s lifestyle web portal called StudentPoint. In the first part of the work there is defined theoretical basis for the Internet, Internet marketing and marketing communication mix on the Internet. This section also includes the theoretical basis for the creation and structure of the website and for the customer satisfaction. The practical part deals with the measuring of the satisfaction using questionnaire examination and consequential analysis of results. For all the results there were used programs Microsoft Excel and SPSS 17.0. In conclusion of the thesis the readers can find concrete suggestions and recommendations that emerged from the research. Findings of the study can be used by StudentPoint website to increase satisfaction of existing and possible readers.
