Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to find the possible insufficiency or inadequacy in the current sys-tem of employee motivation of the company GE Money Bank a.s. and suggest amendments which would improve the system. The first part of the thesis comprises the theoretical ob-servations from the field of human resources management, the theory of motivation, work motivation and work output evaluation. In the empirical part of the thesis we introduce the company GE Money Bank a.s. and, consequently, we analyze the current system of employee motivation applied in this company. Design measure leading to improvement in work capacity, based on employees demand.
