Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit případné mezery či nedostatky současného systému motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti GE Money Bank a.s. a navrhnout změny vedoucí k jeho zlepšení. V první části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, teorie motivace, pracovní motivace a hodnocení pracovního výkonu. V praktické části diplomové práce je představena společnost GE Money Bank a. s. a následně provedena analýza současného systému motivace zaměstnanců zavedeného v této společnosti. Na základě identifikace potřeb zaměstnanců je navrženo opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení výkonnosti a efektivnosti práce v organizaci.

The aim of this thesis is to find the possible insufficiency or inadequacy in the current sys-tem of employee motivation of the company GE Money Bank a.s. and suggest amendments which would improve the system. The first part of the thesis comprises the theoretical ob-servations from the field of human resources management, the theory of motivation, work motivation and work output evaluation. In the empirical part of the thesis we introduce the company GE Money Bank a.s. and, consequently, we analyze the current system of employee motivation applied in this company. Design measure leading to improvement in work capacity, based on employees demand.
