Abstract

Master thesis deals with an engineering design and calculation four-shafts one stage gear reduction for a truck. In introductory part of work is describe reduction gear generally and summary of the design reduction. For strength calculation of individual parts is carry out adhesive limitation control. For this load and other specified characteristics is work up an engineering design of the reduction. Gearing HCR and shafts are strength calculation and determinate bearing life for maximum load. Next are designed and strength calculated connection for transmission torque from shafts to gearwheels respectively. Part of master thesis is assembly drawing of the gear ratio 0,95 variants and manufacturing drawing of the insert gearwheel.
