Racionalizace obrábění strojních součástí s využitím CNC obráběcích strojů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis proposes the rationalization of a representative of a selected group of parts. The introduction describes the functionality of the part in a machine, analyses current production technology of the selected representative, including analysis of machines and tools. The second section presents a rationalization of the described production technology by selection of a CNC machine, proposal of a new production technology, tools and CNC control software for the selected machine. The final section compares and evaluates the implemented rationalization of the production process of the selected representative.
