Projekt linky pro výrobu rotorů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá projektováním linky na výrobu rotorů. V úvodu je analýza současného stavu výroby rotorů. Na základě zhodnocení současného stavu jsou určeny nedostatky a hlavní body k jejich odstranění. Dále je navržena jiná technologie výroby kompletního rotoru a stanoven návrh varianty nové výrobní linky. Jsou provedeny kapacitní propočty strojů a pracovníků. V samotném projektu výrobní linky je určení a popis strojního vybavení, řešení přesunu materiálu v lince a navrhnutí DNC sítě s informačním výrobním systémem. V závěru je shrnuto celkové zhodnocení projektu, jaké přínosy a úspory projekt přinese. Vytvořený nový výrobní postup a technický výkres výrobní linky jsou dokumentovány v příloze diplomové práce.

Master thesis is dealing with the design lines for the production of rotors. In the introduction to is the analysis of the current state of production rotors. On the basis of evaluation of the current situation are identified shortcomings and the main points to eliminate them. It is also proposed another technology of the complete rotor and fixed draft variations new production lines. Capacity calculations are made machines and workers. In the actual production line project is the identification and description of the machinery equipment, solutions moving material in the line and suggest the DNC network with manufacturing information system. The conclusion summarizes the overall evaluation of the project, what benefits and savings project will bring. Created a new production process and technical drawing production lines are documented in enclosure of the master thesis.
