Abstract

Thesis deals with the measurement of the shaft angular vibration and the rotation uniformity at the quasi steady state rotation and its usage in diagnostics of engines. Thesis is break – down into two parts. The first one is dealing with the design measurement chain and its equipment with IRC sensors and the multifunction measurement card of the NI USB-6009 type. The second part is focused on the software support. For this purpose the software application was designed. The main tasks are as follows: signal acquirement, data processing and displaying output data. A user can check the validity signal using frequency spectrum. The software main functions consist of the evaluation of nominal angular velocity, digital filtration, derivation with respect to time etc. Software was created using Visual Basic, witch is based on Microsoft .NET Framework.
