Abstract
This thesis deals with a proposal to improve capacity planning in the production of injection molds. First, an analysis of the current state of production and its planning. The analysis is complemented by an overview of used machinery and usage of machines in the production process. Consequently, problems were identified and specified requirements for the planning of production capacities in the company. To improve capacity planning were proposed weekly schedules in Excel.
