Abstract
This bachelor work is dealing with issues of regulation of position Ball&Beam trough the control system PLC. Work is describing primary methods of synthesis of feedback control loops. Further the the work is describing mathematics and physics model of system of Ball&Beam and her linearization of operating point.
For identified system of model is designed PID controller and simulation of control loop in surrounding REX + Simulink. Next is realization of designed algorithm on programmable automatic machine WinPAC-8000 with use of control system REX.
As graphical-user interface GUI is created visualization in selected visualization system SCADA/HMI.
