Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the introduction of autonomous maintenance on a pilot injection molding machine within the WCM business recovery program. This work describes the existing solutions and maintenance of the injection molding machine. EWO and TPM are analyzed. The practical part describes 3 steps of implementation autonomous maintenance on a selected pilot injection moulding machine. Each step describes the activities which were performed in the step, their subsequent evaluation and monitoring by key activity performance indicators. The final part of the thesis describes the benefits of introducing autonomous maintenance on injection molding machines.
