Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to determine how the company Nestlé approach to developing their human potential. This analysis should be finding out how and how management supports the development expertise of the staff. What options are provided in this regard, and they have used. The analysis was to determine if the employees selected organizations recognize the need for their development for their next successful professional work in the organization. That means determining how employees are eligible for their activities, motivated and willing to work on their development. The thesis is divided into three substantive, pre-defined chapters. The theoretical part provides a broad basis for the analytical part. The second chapter presents the analyzed company. The third chapter discusses the specific, selected skilled workers for their human potential strategic value for the company and their responsibility to develop their potential, which motivates their business. Objective was elucidated on the basis of reconciling the notion of making the organization with ideas of the author of the thesis. The work was aimed at detecting the employment potential of selected workers, followed by a draft action plan for their development, the corresponding strategic objectives. Therefore, a significant part of the thesis given way to measure human potential. Part of the methodology developed in the thesis creating original methodology of assessment of individual human potential.
