Zpřesňování měření polohy s použitím GPS

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the methodology of refining the position measurement by means of GPS. The introduction gives the description of theoretical basis of global navigation satellite systems, in particular GPS and Galileo, and their comparison. It also describes the method refining the measurement by means of GPS, as well as the factors affecting the accuracy of this system, and the sources of inaccuracies. Based on the proper understanding of the theoretical part, GPS OEM module AC12 made by Magellan was selected, own communication unit was created, and static and dynamic measurements were carried out to reveal whether such module is suitable for the navigation purposes, like e.g. the helicopter model.
