Konstrukční řešení třídičky brambor

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním řešením třídičky brambor Amazone BK3, jejímž úkolem je třídit brambory dle velikosti. Na začátku bakalářské práce je napsána stručná rešerše o technologickém procesu sklizně a skladování brambor. Další část se věnuje problematice třídičky brambor. Ve výpočtu je zahrnut návrh výkonu elektromotoru a návrh řemenového převodu. V závěru práce je řešena inovace stávajícího uchycení třídicích sít a posouzení variantních způsobů uchycení. Konstrukční návrh třídičky brambor a inovace uchycení třídících sít je zobrazen formou 3D modelů v programu Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013. Příloha obsahuje výkresovou dokumentaci zařízení a bakalářskou práci na CD.

This bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of the potato sorter Amazone BK3, whose task is to sort potatoes by size. At the beginning of the bachelor thesis is written brief research about technological process of harvesting and storing potatoes. Next part looks into the issue of potato sorter. The calculation includes design of electric motor power and design of belt drive. In the summary of bachelor thesis is being solved the innovation of existing attachment of sorting sieve and assessment of alternative methods of attachment. Structural design of the potato sorter and innovation of attachment of sorting sieve is displayed in the form of 3D models in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013. The annex includes the drawings of device and the bachelor thesis at CD.
