Abstract

In the introductory part, the bachelor's thesis deals with the division and definition of individual types of transmissions used in automobiles. Subsequently, the work focuses in more detail on the automatic transmission ZF8HP. The work describes the technical analysis of the ZF 8HP gearbox and a description of the individual parts. Furthermore, the work deals with the analysis of the shifting process, both to a higher gear and shifting to a lower gear. There is also a description of the various stages of shifting. In the final part of the work, the measured data and their evaluation are processed within the assessment of the quality of shifting on the measured vehicle.
