Zkušební zařízení a metodika měření pro membránový pneumomotor

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem zkušebního zařízení a metodikou měření charakteristik pro membránový pneumomotor. V první části je uveden popis membránového pneumomotoru a jeho hlavní parametry uvedené v katalozích výrobce. V dalších částech je uvedeno využití těchto membránových pneumomotorů v praxi, jsou zde uvedeny také základní výpočtové vztahy potřebné ke stanovení charakteristik pro tento typ pneumomotoru. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je návrh zkušebního zařízení, výběr snímačů veličin, způsob zatěžování a návrh metodiky měření pro zkoušený membránový pneumomotor.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the design of an experimental device and a method of measuring the characteristics for the diaphragm actuator. In the first part of the bachelor thesis is stated the description of the diaphragm actuator and its core data that are mentioned in the producer's catalogues. In next chapters is described the usage of the diaphragm actuators in practice. Moreover, there are also stated calculation relations necessary for assigning the characteristics for this type of the diaphragm actuator. The result of the bachelor thesis is to make the design of an experimental device, the selection of quantity transducers, the method of loading and the the design of measurement methodology for the diaphragm actuator.
