Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the inspection of already manufactured device. The introduction of thesis is the most inspect the critical points and in case of failed inspection to perform a new design of construction that will pass inspection. Purpose of thesis is to inspect critical points. In case of not passed inspection create new design that will pass inspection. An inspection will be performed analytically on following parts: shaft keys, bearings, bolts, screws and there will be also inspected value of transmitted torque from transmission to ramp. Frame of positioner will be checked by MKP software. Frame will be examined in all critical parts to deformation and stress in two positions. Positioner assembly drawing and welding drawing frame is attached to documentation.
