Abstract

The thesis analyzes the current state of a particular enterprise dealing with production of sporting gliders´s models. The main objective is to optimize the manufacturing process with the shortest delivery time of the ordered goods In the introduction is describen actual state of production, in others chapters are proposed various procedures of produciton procces´s optimalization. In the end I will summarize all advantages and disadvantages of the proposed methods and it will be selected the best one with a focus on costs, efectivity of manufacture and amount of production.
