Abstract

The master thesis deals with the planning and implementation of the application of vision camera systems using AI for detection on 2 production lines. Firstly Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. is introduced, followed by the car SIDE production lines with a detailed focus on the #205 loading station. Specifically, there are analyses and bottleneck analyses of the selected process. Based on the findings, control optimization was subsequently performed leading to the elimination of critical activities. The optimization consisted of the planning and subsequent installation of vision camera systems. These use intelligent sensors with embedded artificial intelligence to check the completion of parts. This is followed by setting up an inspection program for the required detection of parts completion.
