Monitoring spotřeby energie ve Smart Factory pomocí programovatelných automatů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on measurement of power consumption of the XYZ manipulator located in the premises of Smart Factory. Measuring includes observation of different operating modes and movements of the manipulator. Additionally, effects on operation with additional weights and its influence on power consumption is measured. The premise is an introduction and use of a programmable logic controller with Energy Meter SM1238 module which serves as a measuring instrument. Software solution is also used for data storage and its subsequent analysis in this thesis. Other collected data come from the manipulator control unit which also serves to measure various parameters.
