Hospodaření s pracovním nářadím ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zefektivněním hospodaření s pracovním nářadím v podniku Vítkovice Power Engineering a.s. (VPE). Práce je složena ze dvou částí a to z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část seznamuje s problematikou a vymezuje pojmy týkající se daného tématu. V praktické části je představena společnost Vítkovice Power Engineering a.s., pro kterou byla vypracována analýza stávajícího stavu hospodaření s pracovním nářadím. Následně jsou specifikovány odhalené nedostatky, na základě kterých jsou vytvořeny návrhy vhodného zlepšení hospodaření s pracovním nářadím v daném podniku.

In this Master Thesis, I will discuss Management of Working Tools in Engineering Company Vítkovice Power Engineering a.s. The work consist of two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of approach and defining the concepts related to the topic. In the practical part we introduce the company Vítkovice Power Engineering for which was first made the analysis of the current situation in terms of existing Process Management with the Tools of Work. Then we provided specification of detected deficiencies and subsequently designed the optimal solution.
