Abstract

This master thesis focuses on the design of the marketing communication in wellness center. The main goal of the thesis is to design more effective marketing communication on the basis of the marketing research. This research should leads the increasing of the awareness of the company, help to attract a new customers and to support a loyalty of existing customers. The master thesis is divided into five key parts. In the first part the characteristic of the company is described. In the following part the theory of marketing communication is elaborated. The third part describe the methodology of the marketing research which is followed by the analyses of the research data. The master thesis is concluded by recommendations and suggestions to improve the marketing communication of the wellness center.
