Analýza podnikových faktorů

Abstract

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit návrhy a doporučení, sloužící k minimalizaci hrozeb a slabých stránek a k vyzdvihnutí silných stránek a možných příležitostí podniku. Teoretická část vysvětluje metody použité v praktické části. K dosažení cíle byla provedena analýza vnějšího prostředí společnosti, analýza mikroprostředí a analýza vnitřního prostředí. Dle výsledků praktické části bylo vytvořeno zhodnocení a doporučení. Výstupy práce byly předány spolumajiteli Hostince Penzionu Lhotka.

The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to formulate proposals and recommendations, leading to minimizing of the threats and weaknesses, and to highlighting of the strengths and potential opportunities. The theoretical part explains the methods used in the practical part. To achieve the goal, there were used the analysis of the external environment, the micro-analysis and analysis of the internal environment. According to the results of the practical part the evaluation and recommendations were created. Outputs of the work were handed over to the co-owners of Hostinec Penzion Lhotka.
