Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the working environment in an engineering company, using knowledge of ergonomics. The aim is to improve the job that is working the press for forming small stampings. The basic problem was the poor working environment for workers of the press. The entire workplace did not comply with the principles of ergonomics. The proposed solution was subsequently developed and validated in the simulation program. The result is a work of design work, which corresponds to the requirements of the job and also leads to increased productivity.
