Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of non-conforming production in an engineering company. In the introduction the basic concepts of the given problem are presented. In the practical part, a general analysis of non-conforming production in the selected company was first performed. Then, six items were selected from the company's production program, on which a more detailed analysis of problem operations and the effectiveness of controls during production operations was carried out. Subsequently, the analytical part was evaluated and problem areas were identified. In the final chapters, I discuss the suggestion for improvement and the evaluation of the benefits to the company.
