Podlahový sběrný systém

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podlahového sběru abraziva vytryskaného v tryskacích boxech s následným návrhem dopravního zařízení umístěného společně s tryskacím a regeneračním zařízením v ISO kontejneru. V úvodní části je provedena rešerše současného stavu způsobů sběru abraziva, podle které je dle požadavků zadání provedena volba konkrétního navrhovaného zařízení. Následuje popis jednotlivých částí zařízení s technologickými výpočty, kterými jsou určeny důležité parametry pro volbu pohonu. Součástí práce je také technická dokumentace navrženého zařízení.

This thesis deals with the collection of floor abrasive blasting blasted in the pits with subsequent design of transport equipment placed together with blasting and restoration facility in ISO container. In the first part the current state of research methods for the collection of abrasive, under which it is carried out according to the requirements of the assignment of a particular choice of the proposed facility. The following is a description of the various parts with technological calculations, which are used to select the important parameters of the drive. The work also includes technical documentation of the proposed facility.
