The content of the diploma thesis is an analysis of the education system in the company. The aim of the work is to propose new changes in the education system, which would lead to better quality of employees and also higher satisfaction during corporate training. The theoretical part deals with the system of education in companies, the history of lifelong learning. The thesis describes the basic system of corporate education. In the practical part I deal with the analysis of the education system in the company BONATRANS GROUP a.s. and employee satisfaction with the training process. The final point of the work is the proposal of new changes in the system.
