Měření odchylky kruhovitosti součástí o průměrů 60 mm

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem měření odchylky kruhovitosti. Jejím obsahem je přehled několika základních pojmů a dalších poznatků o dané problematice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a experimentální. V teoretické části jsou tématem například geometrické tolerance, druhy metod měření kruhovitosti, předepsané normy dle ČSN, nebo měřící zařízení. Experimentální část je věnována závislosti měřené odchylky kruhovitosti na drsnosti povrchu a následné porovnání všech výsledných měření, což bylo také hlavním cílem celé bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of circularity deviation. It contains an overview of several basic concepts and other knowledge about the given issue. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and experimental. In the theoretical part, the theme is for example: geometric tolerances, types of circularity measurement methods, prescribed standards according to ČSN or measuring equipment. The experimental part is focused on the dependence of measured deviation of circularity on roughness surface and to compare all the resulting measurements, which was also the main goal of the bachelor thesis.
