Měření spokojenosti obyvatel se službami města

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá měřením spokojenosti obyvatel se službami města Frýdek-Místek. Pro účely práce jsou analyzovány poskytované služby ve vybraných oblastech. Konkrétně se jedná o oblast komunikace města se svými občany, oblast sportovního, kulturního a společenského vyžití, životního prostředí, zdravotních a sociálních služeb, školství, bezpečnosti a dopravní obslužnosti. Na základě výsledků marketingového výzkumu jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti občanů města Frýdek-Místek.

This thesis deals with the measurement satisfaction of residents with the services of Frydek-Místek. For the purposes of thesis are analyzed services in selected areas. Specifically, the communication area of the city with its citizens, the area of sports, cultural and social activities, the environment, health and social services, education, security and transport services. Based on the results of marketing research are formulated proposals and recommendations that could lead to increased citizen satisfaction of Frydek-Místek.
