Pás sendvičových dopravníků jako konstrukce na pružném podkladu - výpočtové a experimentální přístupy

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the experimental and computational assessment of a sandwich conveyor belt placed on a loose subgrade. The aim is to evaluate the influence of the loading force, tension force and distribution of the gravel subgrade on the deflection of the belt. The thesis first presents a search for belt and sandwich conveyors, then describes models of the flexible substrate using the Winkler and Hetényi models. The experimental part contains a description of the measuring device, the measurement methodology and data evaluation for the subgrade without a defect and with an artificially created defect. The thesis is to determine the parameters of the flexible subgrade and the applicability of the selected models for assessing the interaction of the belt with loose material.
