Racionalizace obrábění kroužků vahadel velkostrojů

Abstract

Subject of my thesis is „Rationalization of Circles Lever of Large Machines“. Thesis deals with appropriate choice of drilling machines and tools for the purpose of production diversion from traditional drilling machines to numerical operated machines. Prolegomenom contents of thesis is machining of precision large parts. In the main body of thesis is described reliability performance of the parts in the machine equipment, analysis of the existing production technology, including analysis of machines and tools. Further there is proposed technology rationalization, by chosing machining on the NC machine and proposal of the new production technology, including tools. Closing part of the thesis compare and evaluate executed rationalization of the production process of the inside circles.
