Studium vlivu zaprášení povrchu substrátu na korozní odolnost tenkého povlaku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the study of the influence of dusting the surface of the substrate on the corrosion resistance of the thin coating. The diploma thesis has two parts, theoretical and experimental. The introduction describes an analysis of corrosion as such, its origin, causes, types and locations of occurrence. The issue of the corrosive aggressiveness of the environment and its influence on the materials, including the division into categories and individual stages, including the current state of the Czech Republic, is also discussed. In the next chapter we analyze dust particles in general and their influence on the corrosion process between the metal substrate and the thin coating. The experimental part is focused on adhesion testing of two types of coating systems on two types of backing material. Surfaces are grinded, not grinded, dust-free and chalked. Hempathane HS 55610 and Intergard 345 were used.
