Analýza a optimalizace procesu lisování ve strojírenské společnosti

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis and subsequent optimization of the pressing process through automation. The introductory part of the thesis presents the manufacturing company in which the process takes place and provides a detailed description of the specific component involved. This is followed by a thorough analysis of the original state of production, which was carried out manually. Key deficiencies, limitations, and inefficiencies of this process are identified. Based on the findings, a solution involving the automation of the pressing process is proposed. The thesis addresses not only the design of the automated system itself but also the selection of suitable technical components and equipment. It also includes an economic assessment of the required investment and an evaluation of its return. The entire design process is described – from the initial concept through the final engineering solution to the actual installation of the system in the production environment. In the final part, a comparison of the original and optimized states is carried out. The evaluation includes both technical and economic aspects such as reduced production time, decreased labor intensity, and increased quality and stability of production.
