Zahradní gril na sele

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem zahradního grilu dimenzovaného na sele o maximální hmotnosti 60 kg. Gril je navrhnut z hlediska maximální uživatelské přívětivosti. Důraz je kladen na chytrá řešení. Pohon grilu je možný jak elektromotorem, tak i ruční klikou. V úvodu práce se nachází stručná ukázka tří základních typů běžně vyráběných grilů a cíle, které musí navržený gril splňovat. Práce obsahuje celkový postup návrhu, jeho zhodnocení, výběr základních nakupovaných komponent, výpočty nejdůležitějších částí včetně celkové stability grilu proti překlopení a základní výkresovou dokumentaci obsahující sestavný a jeden vybraný výrobní výkres.

The bachelor thesis deals with a structural design of a garden grill for a piglet with maximum weight 60 kilograms. The grill is designed in regard to a maximum user experience and clever solutions. The drive of the grill is solved by help of an electric engine, but the grill allows also a hand drive. At the beginning of this thesis there are three examples of commonly produced grills including goals which have to be fulfilled in the case of the proposed grill. This thesis also contains the overall design process, its assessment, selection of the most visible purchased components, calculations of the most important parts and a base drawing documentation containing the assembly and a manufacturing drawing.
