Vliv čistoty provozních kapalin na provoz lisu

Abstract

The master thesis is focused on assessment operating fluid purity of crank press and evaluation of the overall technical situation. In first part, I introduce the Kovona a.s. company and describes examined press and its technical parameters. In next parts are describes technical diagnostics theory and two of its metods – vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics. In next section of thesis, I describes methods of collection vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics data and evaluation of these data. The resoult of work is evaluation quality of operating fluids and technical condition of the press.
