It describes how defect on the electrical heater arises and why are electro heaters in pressurizer so important for the operation of nuclear power plants, used welding method, basic material of the electro heater, its specification and complete replacement or local repair. At the same time it describes the fulfillment of all requirements of state law and requirements of the plant operator CEZ a.s.
