Návrh zvedacího průmyslového sušáku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the lifting industrial dryer in the given room according to customer's requirements. The introduction of the thesis is focused on the survey in the field of lifting devices and electrical drives. Here were studied advantages and disadvantages of individual types of electrical drives and properties of simple lifting devices. The thesis is also focused on the design of conceptual solutions of the rope system and the selection of the most suitable variant for the application in the room. After the selection, design calculations of the dryer frame and the lifting apparatus are followed. The apparatus contains parts that perform kinematics requirements of the device. The end of the thesis is dedicated to strength calculations of important parts to ensure the correct mechanical functionality and reliability of the whole device. According to results of design and strength calculations, the operational safety in the room is guaranteed.
