This thesis deals with the problems of Multi-Criteria Decision. Theoretical section describes the base of manager´s decisions, Multi-Criteria methods and SWOT analysis. Calculation described and characterized the selected options of tanker automotive syringe. The following chapter discusses about the survey. Obtained data are processed by using Multi-Criteria methods. Another chapter includes the resulting data and their evaluation, which are subject to discussion to make concrete conclusions and recommendations. This thesis also includes annexes with the survey and more processed data, which were obtained by the survey.
