Posouzení technologie výroby tažných háků z hlediska dosažené jakosti výroby

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the technology of production of towing hooks in terms of the achieved quality. In the first part I described the system of the coupling system and its basic components, then the basic parts of the drawbar hook and its function, then I described the types of hooks and their distribution and the quality of steel that MSV Metal produces. Then I created a diagram of the technological process of production of the drawbar hook and briefly explained the individual operations. I also described the necessary tests according to the standard ČSN EN 15566 for total tension, mechanical and chemical tests. Then I processed the necessary data from MSV Metal in Excel to evaluate the number of tests. I did a test success analysis for total thrust, magnetic powder method, mechanical and chemical.
