Abstract

This master thesis is dealing with the design-constructional design of a car wrecker. The hydraulic system will provide the pressing process. In the first part of my master thesis I do a market research and the variants of the design nodes of the equipment are proposed. Subsequently, a design of the device is created, which is based on the proposed solution variants. In the next part of the thesis, a force analysis of the device is performed. The following is the calculation section, where the most stressed parts of the squeezer, such as pins, bolts and welds, are checked. Finally, FEM simulation of the main parts of the device is performed.
