Racionalizace výroby obráběné součásti na CNC řízeném frézovacím centru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with optimization of machining on a CNC controlled DMU 60 monoBLOCK milling center for a particular component produced by series production in an engineering company. In the theoretical part, the analysis of the current state of production was carried out. Furthermore, an analysis of the technological process was carried out and the most problematic operation was located there. From the analysis, it was evident that it was a deep groove roughing operation for which three variants of milling heads and indexable inserts were subsequently proposed. The evaluated optimal variant was subjected to laboratory testing to determine the most suitable cutting conditions. Experimental testing was carried out on a CNC controlled DMG MORI DMU 50 milling center at a constant cutting depth. The course of wear on indexable inserts was measured and evaluated and the best cutting conditions were determined. At the end of the thesis an economic analysis of optimization of production was carried out.
