Zkušební stend čidel opotřebení brzdových čelistí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zkušebního stendu čidel opotřebení brzdových čelistí. V úvodu je přiblížen brzdový systém v automobilech. Následuje popis konkrétního problému a návrh různých provedení. Zbývající prostor je věnován vybranému návrhu, který je rozpracován do formy projektu. To znamená zpracování modelu v CAD systému, volba jednotlivých prvků a jejich popis. V práci se nacházejí vizualizace modelu včetně simulace procesu zkoušení. Součástí práce je i návod na obsluhu a údržbu. Projekt byl dokonce vyroben a funguje v provozu. Sestavný výkres zkušebního stendu je přiložen v příloze diplomové práce.

Master thesis is dealing with design of testing stand of brake wear indicators. At the beginning there is a closer view at braking system in automobiles. Then follows the description of a problem and implementation of the various proposals. The remaining space of the thesis is dedicated to the selected proposal, which is elaborated to the project form. That means CAD model creation, choice of the individual components and their description. The visualization of the model including simulation of the testing process is a part of the thesis. The work also includes instructions for operation and maintenance. The project was actually manufactured and it’s in working operation now. Assembly drawing of the testing stand is included in the attachment of the master thesis.
