Abstract
The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of the vehicle lifting mechanism. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a hydraulic lifting mechanism for a John Deere Gator vehicle. At the beginning, the homologation groups of the tractor are described and the vehicle is classified in one of them. Then the vehicle is described and compared with similar vehicles. The most common types of tipping body vehicles and their hydraulic mechanism are then described. Finally, the mechanisms are calculated and designed to suit the tipping vehicle.
