Abstract

MARŠÁL, R. Proposal of the technological procedure for steam pipeline welding. This bachelor thesis deals with the problems connected with steam pipeline welding and the proposal for welding procedure. The first part contents the study of carbon steel weldability and the study of 141 welding method (wolfram arc welding in WIG, TIG inert gas). The technology procedure of steam pipeline welding, including the destructive and non-destructive test concept, is proposed in the second part of the thesis is well as the classification of welding procedure. The technology procedure of welding is designed with respect to the specific conditions of the steam pipeline, and the steam chamber of boiler No.10 at Plant 4 – Power Plant of Arcelor Mittal Ostrava.
