Abstract

This master thesis is deal with the design of the solar system and solar collector type Drain Back for hot water production of family house. After the introductory theoretical part is followed by determining the amount of heat for hot water and the distribution of consumption during the year. On this basis, the energy balance of a collector is done. Furthermore, the quantity of heat needed for heating and as the additional heating is determined. Following a thermal and capacity calculations of the solar system. The main purpose of this thesis is to assess the two possible options in terms of payback and environmental benefits. The last part of the thesis is to choose the selected option
