Strategie řízení závodu v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

Diplomové práce, která nese název „Strategie řízení závodu v konkrétním podniku“ se zabývá teorií a praxí strategického řízení. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se strategického řízení a charakterizovány strategické analýzy. V další části je představen podnik ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. a charakterizován závod 4 - Energetika tohoto podniku, který je předmětem diplomové práce. V analytické části je provedena strategická analýza obecného a oborového okolí závodu a současně jeho vnitřního prostředí. Na základě získaných poznatků je sestavena SWOT analýza. Tyto analýzy slouží jako podklad ke zhodnocení hospodaření a strategie řízení závodu.

Graduation theses whose title is “Management Strategy in a Company” deals with the theory and practice of strategic management. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to strategic management and characterizes strategic analysis. The next section is introduced the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava inc. and is characterized the power plant in the company, which is the subject of graduation theses. The analytical part includes performed strategic analysis of general and occupational surrounding of this power plant and too the internal environment. On the basis of the gain knowledge is made the SWOT analysis. This analysis serves as a base to assess economy and management strategy of this factory.
