Psychosociální rizika v sociálních službách

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the psychosocial risks that threaten social service workers, especially in direct client care. The aim of the thesis is to Assess psychosocial risks in a selected social service provider. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, factors and manifestations of psychosocial risks and describes the possibilities of their measurement and the legislative framework. The practical part is focused on a questionnaire survey among employees of a special care home in the Senior Garden Chrudim facility. The results of the research point to the frequent occurrence of stress, overload and lack of time, and at the same time show the need for a systematic approach to the management of psychosocial risks. The final section provides suggestions for specific preventive and supportive measures.
