Hodnocení výkonnosti maloobchodních prodejců elektrospotřebičů v podmínkách České republiky

Abstract

The main goal of this thesis include determining the future development of sales by selected retailers of consumer electronics. Forecast was calculated using exponential smoothing models with simple, additive and multiplicative models. According to the most accurate has been established future development for a monthly dates to one or two years in the future. The second objective was to compare the production units-store retailer's in terms of efficiency. Stores have been divided according to certain criteria into three groups. Whole thesis is divided into six parts, the first and the last part contains an introduction and conclusion. The second chapter focuses on the description of the theoretical and methodological foundations of trend analysis and data envelopment analysis DEA. The third part focuses on the current market situation. In the following part we can find methodical process of creation, evaluation and data processing needs of both trend analysis and envelopment analysis. The following chapter focuses on the trend analysis and data envelopment analysis where there were assembled exponential smoothing models and evaluated one selected retailer. In the fifth part we can find the appreciation the results of trend analysis of individual companies operating in the local market consumer electronics retailers and suggestions to improve of performance.
