Návrh úprav hořáků na koksárenský plyn pro kotel o výkonu 67 t/h páry v Teplárně Přívoz

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh dvou plynových hořáků pro kotel K2 v závodě Teplárna Přívoz. V úvodu jsou srovnány dostupné technologie spojené s problematikou kotlových zařízení a plynových hořáků. V další části je popis současného stavu spalovacího zařízení a postup návrhu plynových hořáků. Dále je popsán návrh umístění hořáků na kotli a popis řešení jednotlivých úprav na kotli. V poslední části je proveden výpočet účinnosti kotle při spalování plynného paliva a veškeré výpočty spojené s návrhem plynových hořáků. Součástí přílohy diplomové práce je výkres plynového hořáku a výkres umístění plynových hořáků na kotli.

This master thesis is focused on the design of the two gas burners for K2 boiler in the Přívoz heating plant. At the beginning there is a comparison of the available technologies connected with the boiler systems and gas burnurs issue. The following part is devoted to the description of the current state of the combustion machinery and process of designing of the gas burners. The next section describes the proposed location of the burners on the boiler and solution of the respective boiler modifications. The final part is devoted to the calculation of the boiler efficiency using gas fuel and all the calculations connected with the design of gas burners. Drawing of the gas burners and drawing of placement of the gas burners on the boiler are included in the Annex of the master thesis.
