Čelisťový drtič suti pro PTO

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a jaw crusher intended for crushing construction debris, powered by a power take-off (PTO) shaft. The introductory section discusses the theory of material fragmentation and mechanical crushing methods. A review of existing crushers is provided and categorized based on their structural design and operational principles. The main part of the thesis is devoted to the structural design of an original jaw crusher concept, including detailed descriptions of key components and the execution of design and verification calculations. The final section presents a structural analysis of the supporting frame, performed using the Finite Element Method (FEM).
